Can I modify my order after it's been placed?Updated 10 months ago
We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order.
We can modify orders as long as our fulfillment center has not yet shipped your order. If you need to change your order details, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request the modification.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes.
If your order has already been shipped, you have the option to either process a return or deny receipt of the delivery when the carrier attempts to deliver it to your home.
Please contact us once you have denied delivery so we can monitor the shipment.
We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
