Occasionally people think their chill pill is defective because they can't feel the pulse. That's because their skin is dry, and moisture is needed for the electronic conductivity of the pulse. 

So if you think your chill pill is defective, don't worry! 

You just need to add a drop of water or use some lotion to add some moisture, and you'll be good to go.
